Savannah Crowley

I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State University. Prior to this, I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology at Nicholls State University in Louisiana. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of roles, including child protection, inpatient mental health, domestic violence advocacy, and community mental health outreach. These diverse experiences have deepened my passion for counseling and strengthened my commitment to supporting individuals and communities in need.

I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression, using a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach. I believe that everyone’s journey is unique, which is why I take the time to meet each person where they are, creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel understood and supported. Together, we will identify unhelpful patterns, build effective coping strategies, and take meaningful steps toward creating a more fulfilling life.

Life can be challenging, and having someone who listens with empathy and without judgment can be incredibly valuable. I believe that real change begins with gaining insight into ourselves and understanding the patterns that shape our lives. I don’t take for granted the courage it takes to open up about the parts of yourself that may feel overwhelming or vulnerable.

Whether you're navigating life’s challenges, seeking personal growth, or managing mental health, my genuine care and commitment to your well-being will guide our work together. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you share your story and move toward healing.
