My goal is to help alleviate your pain and suffering so that you can live a healthy, productive, joy-filled life. Your happiness is important. I believe that therapy is your opportunity to discover and uncover the best things about yourself, while facing the things that feel like they're getting in the way. I’d like to think of myself as your guide through self-compassion, self-love, acceptance, and developing better relationship with your self.

We will work as a team and explore their inner critic, anxiety, being overwhelmed, emotions,depression, doubt, and fear, relationships, boundaries, relapse prevention, anger management, and bereavement. Through the use of  CBT, and deep self-compassion work, I support individuals in becoming their truest, most authentic selves.
