Elena Peterson

Hi, my name is Elena Peterson. I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Law, Justice, and Society from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, and I am currently pursuing a graduate degree while continuing to build my professional experience.

My background includes supporting women who have recently reentered society after incarceration, along with their families, as they navigate challenges related to mental health, trauma, and life transitions. In this role, I provided individualized, strength-based mentoring to help build coping skills, confidence, and resilience while fostering safe and inclusive environments for healing and growth.

I believe in a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach to parent coaching that empowers families to strengthen relationships and create nurturing homes. My work is grounded in empathy, consistency, and respect for each person’s unique story.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking with my dog, skiing, baking, reading, and spending time with friends and family—activities that help me stay balanced and connected.
