Ean McGonigle

I have experience supporting youth and families through challenges related to mental health, trauma, and life transitions. I most recently worked as a Therapeutic Mentor, where I provide individualized, strength-based support to help young people build coping skills, confidence, and emotional resilience.

My approach is grounded in empathy, consistency, and a deep respect for each person’s unique experience. My background includes work with the Department of Children and Families and WeCare365, where I’ve supported clients navigating crises, substance use, and systemic barriers. I’ve also led mental health outreach efforts and facilitated wellness programs for college students, combining education and advocacy to reduce stigma around mental health.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Social Work from Curry College. I’m passionate about creating inclusive, affirming spaces for individuals of all backgrounds to feel seen and supported. In my free time, I enjoy playing soccer, making music on my guitar, and spending time outdoors—activities that help me stay balanced and grounded.
