Ameaka Grumbach
Ameaka Grumbach earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice with a concentration in Clinical Counseling, which provides her with a strong clinical foundation and a unique perspective when working with underserved and at-risk populations.
Ameaka is deeply passionate about helping youth, adolescents, and young adults develop an “I can win at life” mindset and create meaningful, lasting change in both their personal lives and their communities. She is committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where clients can build skills, strengthen resilience, and confidently apply what they learn in therapy to real-world challenges.
Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and individualized care. Ameaka integrates Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Adlerian Therapy techniques to help clients problem-solve, develop actionable goals, and recognize their inherent strengths. She strives to challenge and support each client in becoming the best version of themselves while promoting mental clarity, personal growth, and a greater sense of control over their lives.
