Paul Edwards
Paul Edwards is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and member of The American Association of Nurse Practitioners. He specializes in the pharmacological management of psychiatric disorders and addiction medicine. Paul began his medical career as an EMT-basic and quickly became a Licensed Paramedic in Texas with nearly 10 years of emergency medicine experience. He attended the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology. While at UTSA, Paul was involved in multiple honor societies such as Alpha Chi National Honor Society in which he served as president, Student Representative for Region 1, and Board Member. He then attended the University of Texas at Arlington, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and became a registered nurse. He then went on to attended Herzing University, where he obtained his Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization. Throughout his many years of medical expertise, Paul has been able to take his hands on experience, knowledge and dedication to provide his patients with the highest standard of care. He is a firm believer in treating the patient, not the diagnosis alone.
