I believe that my role as a therapist is to challenge you, hear you and be what you need me to be in that moment. I strive to be the person who you feel you can share anything with without fear of judgement. I work from a client centered approach and believe in building a strong therapeutic alliance. We will work together to set and reach goals while gaining insight along the way. The time spent together is for you and will be specifically tailored to each individual client.
I use various therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, REBT and Motivational Interviewing. I do not view therapy as a “one size fits all’ model, I work to adapt my style to the individual clients needs to help them best reach their goals. I believe in offering tools to support change and improve my clients overall life. Together we will explore what works best for you as you work to make positive change in your life.
