Arianna Merlo, Parenting Time Coach

Arianna Merlo is a bilingual Parenting Time Supervisor, with over seven years of experience in the Criminal Justice system and over two years in child welfare. She is a native Spanish speaker and has in-depth understanding of diverse Hispanic communities. She has worked in a variety of settings and has a wealth of knowledge and skills. Arianna is trained in trauma informed interviewing and is well informed in behavioral health, child development, and substance use disorders. Arianna is passionate about social justice, advocacy and empowerment of marginalized communities, and community resource development. She is currently in school for a bachelor’s degree in social work and plans to further her education with a master’s in social work.
